Post Road Management is seeking an experienced and service-driven Community Manager to lead operations at one of our residential properties. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels at balancing leasing, resident relations, property maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks.

As a Community Manager, you’ll bring these values to life while maintaining resident satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Resident Relations:

  • Show available units, screen applicants, and complete lease agreements

  • Guide residents through the move-in and move-out process

  • Address tenant concerns and coordinate resolution of complaints, emergencies, and lease violations

  • Represent the property in landlord-tenant court hearings when required

Administrative Operations:

  • Collect and process rent payments and manage delinquency

  • Prepare lease renewals, resident notices, and legal documentation

  • Maintain organized tenant records and ensure compliance with housing regulations

Maintenance Coordination:

  • Schedule and oversee maintenance work orders and unit inspections

  • Communicate with vendors and in-house technicians to ensure timely repairs

  • Maintain property quality and code compliance

Community Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with residents through consistent, respectful communication

  • Foster a positive living environment aligned with company values

Office Management:

  • Answer phone calls, manage emails and voicemail boxes, and perform general administrative duties

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
