  • Participates and is an active leader in the development of industry specific business growth plans as defined by the organization.
  • Develops strategies to obtain business from targeted prospects and for growing the business with existing clients.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely completion of the pipeline reporting.
  • Assists sales enablement/marketing department with capture solutions, proposal (RFI/RFP) responses, market analysis, new business development and launching of various forms of messaging, solutioning and as a subject matter.
  • Supports proposal teams, as needed, to ensure timely, accurate and persuasive proposals are finalized and delivered.
  • Works with finance and operations to set operational strategies and pricing for new and existing client revenue opportunities.
  • Forecasts sales and communicates with Business Development and other departments in order to effectively manage growth of the organization.
  • Communicates facts and market trends to sales enablement/marketing as gathered from clients, prospects, competitors, and industry meetings.
  • Calls upon prospects and clients to sell Signature services that meet their needs and align with organizational priorities.
  • Builds relationships via multiple methods of communication.
  • Participates in industry association meetings, industry days and tradeshows.
  • Recognizes and capitalizes on trends in the industry and with existing clients.
  • Identifies new service and market opportunities.
  • Represents the organization in a professional manner.
  • Oversees process for new client implementations.
  • Coordinates with others to support the effective implementation of new clients.
  • Meets with existing clients to develop annual and long-term strategic relationship plans, working with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction and grow business.
  • Works with client development/partner engagement team to ensure compliance with contractual deliverables and SLA/KPI goals
  • Travel may be required up to 50% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Healthcare market required.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
