Clinic RN – PreAdmission Testing

FT (36 hrs/wk; 8a-5:30p, 4 day/wk). PRN (Variable days/wk).  The Preadmission Testing RN is responsible for completing preoperative assessments, coordinating testing and clearances, providing patient education, and collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams to ensure patients are appropriately prepared for surgery. Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, organization, and the ability to work independently are essential. This role requires comfort and competency with frequent computer use and professional telephone etiquette throughout the day, including communicating clearly with patients, providers, and multidisciplinary teams. Current Nebraska RN license and BLS are required; prior clinic, perianesthesia, or preadmissions experience is preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
