POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is a fast paced, detailed oriented position that serves as the intermediary between IPG agency business/investment teams and the Omaha Shared Services Media Billing teams and function as a centralized client contact for all media billings to ensure efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage your client portfolio and the end-to-end billing process.
- Learn the billing process for your client portfolio; Assist with agency media teams to ensure timely monthly billings; Review and approve draft bills, then organize, catalog, and route invoices to client; review unbilled media reports and flag to agency media team.
- Assist with the AR collections for your client portfolio: distribute and review client AR aging reports with media teams; flag which invoices are past due and liaise with the agency media teams to follow up with the client for payments; work with Shared Services to offset any unapplied client payments or credits.
- Partner with Shared Services to support media vendor requests for payment information; ensure there are no account holds or suspensions; provide reporting for uncleared vendor invoices and liaise with media teams to reach out to vendors to obtain missing invoices.
- Run and analyze reports in Prisma/Spectra OX to assist media teams.
- Assist media teams on system operations as it pertains to billing & finance for Prisma/MBox, and any audit requests.
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Four-year degree is preferred.
- 1+ years' experience in billing, reconciliation required.
- This position requires strong background in media finance & data entry skills.
- Proficiency in excel is required, experience with Power Pivot preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and comfortable with general media finance & media invoice procedures.
