Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Accounting Manager to join their team. The Accounting Manager is responsible for coordinating financial oversight and accountability across the organization. This role is central to ensuring financial integrity, streamlining processes, and providing insights that support smart, strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets in alignment with organizational goals; monitor performance through monthly financial analysis to ensure adherence to approved budgets
• Review, analyze, and maintain accounting records to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Collaborate with organizational leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic planning
• Supervise and support a team of two accounting staff; providing guidance, training, and performance oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• A minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience, including management responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
