Need Specifics: Outpatient Rehab Department is needing a PT to start on the first week of October. This position would be on a 5x8s schedule, can be flexible with a 4x10s schedule. No Specific certifications needed other than PT licensing and BLS. Charting: Athena Unit overview: 15 unit bed critical access hospital. There is 85% outpatient patients, and 15% inpatient patients. Staffing ratios: 3 PTs and 1 COTA, and 1 Telehealth CT. Scrub colors: any professional scrubs or business casual Guaranteed 40 hours per week 2 PTs will be onsite.
