ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES The position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating files, spreadsheets, and databases
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
- Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate party
- Order, purchase, and invoice company office supplies
- Maintain files containing confidential, patient health information
- Verifying insurance information
- Assisting with Payroll and billing tasks
- Photocopy and fax as needed
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Position Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an office setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Able to learn quickly and use new technology
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
