Customer Service Associates (Part-time weekends and available to fill-in afternoon shifts)
Aviator Golf Center located at 3200 Flatbush Avenue and Par 3 Golf Course in Riis Park, Queens is currently searching for motivated, friendly and hardworking individuals to join our Golf Customer Service Team for shifts 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:45 pm pm Saturdays and Sundays. This position will start in August 2025.
• Customer Service including assisting customers with reservations, play-time questions, and handling all transactions.
• Update membership profile information in PEEK.
• Remain current on facility programs and events in order to correctly respond to the public.
• Reacts to problems and provides basic solutions based on prescribed guidelines or procedures.
• Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have a pleasant consumer experience.
• Must be available to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays till November 30, 2025.

Qualification/Requirements: Maintain and promote a positive professional image within Aviator's golf course. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Hourly Rate: $16.50 - The base pay range for this position is a salary range of per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
