Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2+ years of recent call center experience in the sports betting, gaming, or hospitality industry required.
Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with customer service software and good computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit at a computer workstation for an 8+ hour shift.
In an office position, Southwest Las Vegas.
Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and weekends.
