  • Winston-Salem, North Carolina location
  • Outpatient only physician
  • Value-based care model
  • Medicare/Medicaid Advantage patients
  • All patients are 65+
  • Monday-Friday office only schedule
  • Phone call shared with all providers
  • Minimal phone call once every few months
  • 12-15patients per day
  • Full supports staff including NP-MA-RN
  • On-site labs and radiology
Compensation
  • Total compensation $300,000 and above year one
  • Attainable 20% salary bonus plan
  • Sign-on bonus
