Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for outpatient clients in a hospital setting, with flexibility to assist inpatient care as needed, ensuring continuity and quality of patient-centered rehabilitation services across care settings.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Physical Therapist must have or be eligible for a license to practice in state of WI
CPR/BLS certification
