Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location : Washington (King County Seattle metropolitan area)

Setting : Community Behavioral Health Center Adult outpatient health and wellness care

Schedule: 2 days per week (ongoing need; potential to expand based on patient care needs and productivity)

Hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. onsite, with 30 or 60 minute lunch

Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Daily Volume: patients per day

EMR: Athena

PRN Coverage: Not required

Position Overview

A community-based behavioral health center in Renton, WA is seeking an experienced Family Medicine ARNP to provide ongoing adult outpatient primary care services. This role supports continuity of care and operational stability within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The schedule begins at 2 days per week, with the possibility of expanding based on patient needs and provider productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive adult outpatient primary care
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately patients
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person wellness
• Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and care coordination
• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active Washington ARNP license (or ability to obtain)
• Family Medicine background strongly preferred
• Experience in community-based primary care
• Demonstrated comfort navigating electronic health records
• Strong communication skills and commitment to integrated care
