Geriatrics Physician Assistant

The NP should be flexible in the location since we have not finalized which facility we will be entering, but it will be in Westchester County area.

Full-time 9:00am-5:00pm, plus on-call every 3rd weekend and for your patients during the week after hours. NP will be required to be on-call 1 holiday per year.

Full-time benefits which include coverage for all professional fees, medical/dental, PTO, CME Days. As of right now, we do not know if they will be placed in the short term or long-term floor of the SNF.

Nursing home/LTC/SNF experience as an RN. NP is preferred, but if local, client will consider recent graduate.

$110K comp and up Depending on experience
