Salary and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $27.72 -39.60 (based on years of experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20k (case-by-case basis)
• Shift Differentials: $3.00 per hour for nights, $2.00 per hour for weekends

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze comprehensive data related to patient health.
• Advocate for patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and effective use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5-1:6
• Days (Rotating Weekends): 7am - 7pm
• Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7pm - 7am

Requirements:

• 1 year of acute care RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license in Florida or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current ACLS certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.
