We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Mobile, AL. This flexible, as-needed role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary healthcare team. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.
Responsibilities:Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to restore function and improve mobility.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records in the EMR system.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including PTAs, physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and facility policies related to patient care and documentation.
Doctorate (DPT) or Master s (MPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Alabama PT license or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
PRN / as-needed schedule with flexible shifts based on facility needs.
Work settings may include hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, or home health.
