Embark on a rewarding temporary outpatient physical therapy role dedicated to improving patients quality of life through specialized cancer-related rehabilitation. Required Skills:
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Proven oncology experience with prior management of cancer-related impairments such as pain, lymphedema, fatigue, and functional limitations
- Strong proficiency in standard PT modalities (e.g., Estim, USD)
- Ability to develop individualized, evidence-based exercise programs
- Excellent patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage patient caseload effectively
- Comfort with managing musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular needs across the cancer spectrum
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification or additional training in oncology rehabilitation
- Experience with diverse age groups beyond adults
- Flexibility in patient scheduling and ability to adapt to varied treatment plans
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary care coordination with oncologists
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1-2 years of outpatient therapy experience, ideally in oncology settings
- Prior experience working in hospital or outpatient clinics such as Cheshire Medical Center
Other Requirements:
- Oncology-specific experience is mandatory; candidates without this background will not be considered
- Availability to start on or after April 13, 2026
- Wear scrubs of any color or business casual attire; no open-toe or back shoes

- Compliance with healthcare regulations, including licensure, certification, and facility policies
