Travel PT Home Health jobs in Dover, DE are available for a 13-week assignment, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour days and coverage in Kent County. You will visit 5 to 6 patients daily, providing individualized physical therapy to help clients regain independence and mobility in their homes. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting care using Homecare Home Base. Candidates must have a Delaware PT license and home health experience is preferred.
