We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join Coos County Nursing Home, a county-owned skilled nursing facility and long-term care home serving long-term residents and short-term rehab patients in northern New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rural healthcare setting while building strong relationships with patients and the interdisciplinary care team.Position Highlights:35 hours per weekCounty-owned skilled nursing and long-term care facilityApproximately 100 residentsRural healthcare setting in northern New HampshireOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communityResponsibilities:Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plansProvide mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation interventionsDocument patient care in the EMR and maintain compliance with facility requirementsWork collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomesRequirements:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters Degree in Physical TherapyActive state PT licenseBLS certificationSkilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferredExperience working in rural or resource-limited healthcare settings is a plusPay Package:$50/hour pay rate$375 travel stipend
