Locum CRNA Opportunity

Greenville, SC Multi-Site Coverage Rate in the $200$250/hour range

A respected hospital system in Upstate South Carolina is expanding its CRNA team and seeking locum coverage beginning July 2025. This is a flexible, multi-site opportunity covering a medical center, a community hospital campus, and a newly opened ambulatory surgery center.

The Assignment

Start Date: July 2025 or as soon as credentialed

Schedule: Ongoing need; full-time preferred

Primary Sites:

Downtown hospital campus

Eastside hospital

Brand-new surgery center

Shifts: Flexible 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s (weekends and evenings optional)

Call: Not required

Volume: 26 ORs across system; 4+ pain cases/day, more if GI volume increases

Clinical Scope

Patient Mix: Primarily adult, with healthy peds ENT only

Case Types:

General surgical

Pain management

GI and ENT

No hearts, OB, regionals, or central line placement

Duties:

Ventilation management

Supervised ACT model (4:1); MDs perform blocks

Requirements

Certifications: AANA, BLS, ACLS, PALS All required

License: South Carolina Active at time of submission

Experience: Prior hospital-based experience required

Preferred: Local or regional CRNAs

Compensation & Perks

Rate: In the $200$250/hour range depending on commitment/arrangement

Travel: Hotel and mileage reimbursed (IRS rate)

EMR: Epic

Credentialing: 60 days
