Urgent Care NP needed for a clinic in the Alamogordo area of NM

Great opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in an Urgent Care located in the Tularosa Basin of the Chihuahuan Desert - bordered on the east by the Sacramento Mountains and to the west by Holloman Air Force Base.

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• 2+ yrs exp in Urgent Care or ER preferred or very strong ER background as RN might be considered
• Experience with suturing, laceration repair, splinting, initial x-ray reads, and IV hydration
• Diverse population, large number of military families
• Spanish speaking candidates are a plus
• Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8a-8p, Sat-Sun 8a-4p - team is flexible and open to discussing different full time schedule options
• 30-40 patients per day
• 2 NP's during week except 3 NP's on Mon and Fri which are the busier days
• Team of 5 NP's, MA's, LPN's, X-ray tech, and office staff
• EMR used currently is Cerner and being transitioned to EPIC
