Job Title: Urgent Care Physician - Outpatient

Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urgent Care Physician to join a fast-paced, high-quality outpatient clinic in Renton, WA. This is a full-time, direct-hire role ideal for a physician who enjoys variety in clinical cases and working in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute illnesses and minor injuries in an outpatient setting
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging
• Perform minor procedures when necessary (suturing, splinting, etc.)
• Provide patient education and follow-up care planning
• Work collaboratively with advanced practice providers and support staff

Requirements:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Current or eligible Washington State medical license
• Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
