• Schedule: Monday ÄìFriday
• Shift Options: 7:00 AM Äì 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM Äì 5:00 PM
• 8-hour or 10-hour shifts only (no 12-hour shifts)
• Coverage Need: Full-time preferred (3 Äì4 weeks per month)
• Call: Optional beeper call
• Call Type: In-house if assigned
• Call Response Time: 15 minutes
• OR Capacity: 16+ rooms
• EMR: Cerner
• Trauma Level: Level 2
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
• Multiple providers accepted (4 requested)
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA required)
• Active license preferred (APNP license encouraged)

• General anesthesia for adult and pediatric surgical cases
• Spinal and regional anesthesia
• Obstetrical anesthesia coverage
• Complex orthopedic and vascular procedures
• Neurosurgical cases preferred experience
• Central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement
• Post-operative epidural and extremity blocks
• Ventilation management and hemodynamic management
• Care team supervision model with anesthesiologist in-house 24/7
