Join our esteemed healthcare team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and play a vital role in delivering top-tier anesthesia care across diverse surgical settings. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting a wide variety of procedures, including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular surgeries. With a median caseload of 40-45 cases daily, this role ensures engaging and impactful work supporting multiple ORs and specialty rooms, all within a medically supervised, collaborative care team model.
Required Skills:
Current CRNA certification and licensure.
Proven expertise in administering anesthesia across multiple surgical specialties.
Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures, protocols, and patient safety standards.
Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a high-volume caseload.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in cardiac, regional, thoracic, pediatric, or orthopedic anesthesia.
Familiarity with robotic surgery and advanced airway management.
Prior experience working in a hospital setting supporting multiple ORs.
Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field.
At least 2 years of professional anesthesia experience in a similar surgical environment.
Strong clinical references and a track record of providing exceptional patient care.
Other Requirements:
Availability to start on 02/02/2026.
Ability to workDay shift, 5 days per week, 12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00).
Willingness to support a 24/7 environment as needed.
Valid state license and certification required; travel and licensure reimbursements applicable.
