• Patient Load: 4-16 patients per shift
• Rounding: Unassigned patients

• Admissions: Required for patients in the critical care unit.
• Clinical Duties: Manage and round on patients, complete all necessary documentation in the EMR system (Epic), and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Board Certification: Required (Eligible if board certified in Internal Medicine with a Critical Care Medicine fellowship).
• Certifications: ACLS, ABLS, and BLS certifications are required. ATLS and PALS are not required.
• State License: Active and unrestricted Arizona license is required.
• Credentialing: Estimated at 30 days.
• Background: Must have a clean malpractice history and NPDB report due to the urgency of the need.

• Temporary Privileges: Available to expedite the start date.
• Facility Certification: Hospital is stroke certified.
• Reimbursement: No reimbursement for licensing costs.
