Locums, Inc. is seeking Primary Care Physicians for full-time Adult Primary care services in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Positions are for 1 year with 2, one-year extensions. Any valid state or Federal license acceptable. About the Opportunity:- Period of Performance is approx. 10/1/20 to 9/30/21 with two, 1-year options- Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. No weekends or Holidays with only occasional overtime- Estimated 2-3 patients/hour- Provide specific local populace with primary health care addressing chronic preventative medicine issues - Facilities located across the Finger Lake region of New York state - Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice insurance paidRequirements:- Active and unrestricted state or Federal license- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine- Active and unrestricted DEA- Active BLS certification mandatory- Full vaccinations and immunizations- 3 References
