I m supporting a full time CRNA opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center in Kentucky offering consistent weekly schedules with flexibility across 8s, 10s, or 12s. This role is best suited for experienced CRNAs seeking stable, long term hospital coverage with strong academic support.

Pay Range: $230 $250/hour (contact for details)

HIGHLIGHTS
• Full time only (4 weeks/month required)
• Preference for 4x10 schedules (8s or 12s also considered)
• Level I Trauma Center
• Medically directed care team model
• Epic EMR preferred
• NORA coverage required
• Long term assignment (26 weeks)

SCHEDULE
• Full time weekly coverage required
• Common shifts include:
4x10s (preferred)
5x8s or 3x12s also considered
• Standard start time: 7:00am
• Some priority given to candidates open to later 10:00am starts
• 30 minute unpaid lunch
• Must be available every week

CASE MIX
• Orthopedics
• Trauma
• Vascular
• Neuro (no cardiac)
• NORA cases required
• All age groups except neonatal
• Average daily census: 1 9 patients

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

• Medically directed model (typically 2:1 or 3:1)
• Residents involved; teaching environment
• EMR: Epic
• Anesthesia tech support available

REQUIREMENTS
• NBCRNA
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience (no new grads)
• Kentucky license required (open to licensing)
• Skills: intubation, arterial lines, central lines
• No OB
• COVID 19 & Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
