Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with your own clinical space interested in adding a new service to your practice on a limited, flexible basis?

We are partnering with experienced APPs in Rochester, NY to perform in-office procedures for a diabetic device company involving the insertion of a subdermal continuous glucose monitoring sensor used for long-term diabetes management.

This opportunity is designed to supplement an existing practice, typically requiring just 1 2 days per month depending on your availability.

• You choose your availability (weekdays, evenings, or weekends)

• Most providers comfortably perform 2 3 procedures per hour

• All patient marketing and scheduling handled for you

• Insurance billing handled

• All medical supplies and logistics provided

• Malpractice coverage provided, including tail

• Per-procedure compensation model

• Paid training provided

• Travel time and mileage paid for off-site cases

• Active NP or PA license in New York

• Must have your own clinical space (refrigerator, biohazard disposal, secure storage/shipping)

• Must provide collaborating/supervising physician (required for this role)

• Prior procedural experience needed (e.g., diabetic devices, hormone pellet insertion, IUDs, wound care, urgent care procedures)
