U.S. Xpress is offering a high-earning dedicated opportunity for drivers who take pride in working hard and want to be rewarded for it. This position involves driver unloading, and we make sure that effort is recognized with top-tier pay-$0.82 - $0.85 CPM, paid training, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You'll run predictable routes delivering everyday household essentials across IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, and WI. You'll have consistent weekly home time, and receive on-site support from tenured operations leaders, customers, and the driver community. With a supportive team behind you and 24/7 driver assistance, you'll have everything you need to overcome obstacles and play a major role in keeping this fleet's on-time performance exceptional. • Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.82 to $.85 cpm depending on route and experience.

• Must have Class A License (CDL A) & 21 years or older. Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
• No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
• SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
