Senior Accountant- REMOTE, BASED IN OHIO

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 base + 5% bonus
Location: Fully Remote (Ohio residency required)

The Senior Accountant supports a fast growing, acquisitive public company with a focus on technical accounting, M&A, valuation, consolidations, and process improvement. This role partners across finance, legal, treasury, and risk, while contributing to ERP transformation and high impact strategic projects. • Support M&A workstreams including opening balance sheets, purchase price allocations, and fair value analyses.
• Assist with accounting for joint ventures, investments, and other complex transactions.
• Research and resolve technical accounting matters in collaboration with cross functional partners.
• Contribute to consolidated reporting, disclosures, and audit support.
• Improve accounting processes, documentation, and controls connected to ERP rollout and system enhancements.
• Support special projects tied to business growth, integrations, and scalability.

• CPA or background in public accounting preferred.
• Technical accounting experience-M&A, consolidations, investments, or public company environment.
• Exposure to ERP implementation or major systems transformations.
