Seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Practice physician to join a busy, established practice in Indiana Office Schedule: Monday & Thursday, 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Provider to work 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours admin time One evening per week required Potential for four-day work week Office Call: 12 providers on call schedule, rotating daily with option to take own call at night The practice currently includes five physicians, an advanced practice provider with RN and MA support.
