Home Health NP/PA Needed in Oklahoma
Target Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Short-term or long-term options available (Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Travel, Temporary)
Schedule: Flexible, Monday Sunday, 7a 7p (No nights or weekends required)

Practice Details:
Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
Visits include medication and medical history review and physical evaluation (no prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans)
Average visits per day: 6 9
Travel support available (airfare, hotel, rental car); gas stipend provided
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
Active Oklahoma License (not willing to license)
Education: Master s degree required
Credentialing Timeframe: 7 days to 2 3 weeks
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma metro area (multiple counties available)
