Required Skills: Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology Valid medical license and board certification in Anesthesiology Proven experience in pediatric cardiac anesthesia or related subspecialty Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored for working with children and families Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent judgment and clinical decision-making skills Familiarity with sedation protocols, anesthesia equipment, and safety standards specific to pediatrics Nice to Have Skills: Experience with cardiac imaging, cath/EP labs, or pediatric perioperative care Previous experience in a stand-alone hospital setting Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree Completion of a Pediatric Anesthesiology fellowship program Minimum of 2 years post-fellowship clinical experience in pediatric anesthesia, preferably in a cardiac setting Other Requirements: Must be fellowship-trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Flexibility to work in a full-time capacity, including scheduled surgeries, cath/EP labs, and imaging support Ability to adapt to relocating procedures as the OR transitions to Mary Bridge Stand Alone Hospital starting May 16th No travel required; all licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements provided when applicable This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in pediatric cardiac anesthesia within a collaborative and supportive environment.
