Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders
• Prepare weekly check runs and assist with payment processing
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support the accounting team with general accounts payable tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Some prior accounting or accounts payable experience
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Salary Range

$50,000-$55,000 annually
