What you'll bring:
- Current New Mexico state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in acute care settings is preferred
Additional skills that are a plus:
- Experience with a variety of occupational therapy modalities
- Bilingual abilities or additional certifications
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
Preferred education and experience:
- Doctorate, Master s, or Bachelor s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum one year of relevant occupational therapy experience
- Valid and active New Mexico licensure and BLS certification
Other requirements:
- Availability to start as soon as possible
- Ability to work daytime hours, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Willingness to travel as needed (all travel and licensure reimbursements available)
- Physical capability to lift patients and equipment up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform necessary interventions
- Potential exposure to communicable diseases in a healthcare environment
Compensation for this role is $60.30 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit, ensuring timely and reliable income.
