• Monday through Friday until shift is complete
• On-call required if requested
• Expected weekly productivity of 30 units
• Home health and adult care setting
• HCHB and Oasis experience required
• Two years acute care or rehabilitation experience required

From $1820.00 to $3054.00 weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
