Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Job in Salt Lake City, UT

Specialty:
- Neonatology- Nurse Practitioner
Coverage Needs:
- Staffing Shortage (5 Providers Needed)
- 12 hour shifts most are Day shift, some are nights or 24hrs.
- Shift is 7A-7Pand 7P-7A.
- Weekdays, weekends, holidays.
- Ideally looking for full-time so the number of days would be 24 in a month. (3 12 hour shifts per week)

Call:
- Yes
Census:
- # patients per shift day: 5-7
- # patients per shift night: 18-20
Support Staff:
- MA/RN
Procedures:
- See patients in the inpatient setting
  - Obtain and document patient history
  - Obtain and document discharge exam
  - Write orders in the medical chart, within the Advanced Practice Clinician's scope of practice, experience and training for:
EMR:
- Epic
- Voice Recognition
Travel:
- Hospital will cover.
Credentialing timeline:
- 30-60
Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Prefer UT state licensed candidates
- 1-3 in a level 4 ECMO surgical unit
- ECMO is not required but would be helpful
- NCC for NP and Board Certified as a PA and level 4 NICU Surgical Experience
