This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Patients Per Day: 35
• Practice Setting: Health Center
• Scope: Primary Care, All Ages
• State Licensure: Active Arizona State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 Weeks
