This role sits at the intersection of billing, accounts receivable, and operations accounting, supporting a high volume environment within a company that recently implemented NetSuite and is actively building new processes.

You'll play a key role in driving accuracy, cash flow, and customer satisfaction while helping improve systems and workflows as the business scales.

• Administer customer contracts in NetSuite and generate/distribute a high volume of invoices
• Validate contract terms, pricing, and billing schedules for accuracy and timeliness
• Manage accounts receivable, including monitoring aging reports and following up on past due balances
• Lead collections efforts to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by partnering with internal teams
• Apply customer payments and reconcile AR accounts
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status
• Assist with month end close, AR reporting, and reconciliations
• Support ongoing process improvements and internal controls
• Utilize NetSuite and integrated billing tools to manage workflows
• Support accounts payable processing and vendor inquiries as needed, with the opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities

• 2-3 years of accounting experience at the Staff level
• Strong background in high volume billing and accounts receivable
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly
• Comfortable working in a PE backed environment that is still cleaning up processes and building structure
• NetSuite experience a plus or ERP experience with a strong desire to learn new technology
• Adaptable, flexible, and excited to help create and improve processes
