Work collaboratively with our team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• Perform routine wellness visits for both children and adults
• Conduct routine prenatal checks for expectant mothers
• Manage and treat diabetes, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure
• Collaborate with seasoned providers to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care

• Traditional Schedule: Monday, 8:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m. & Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• Optional 4-Day Work Week: Flexibility to work a 4-day work week
• Weekend Call: 1:14
• Holiday Call: 1:6
• Weekday and Weekend Call: 1:7
• Average Outpatient Volume: patients per day
• Inpatient Volume: Can vary based on OB/deliveries
