Are you a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in a supportive hospital setting near Barnesville, PA? We're actively searching for a skilled clinician to join our established team and provide comprehensive care for adult inpatients (Job ID: j-230046).

Make a Difference in a Collaborative Hospital Environment (3 Months or More):

• Contribute to a well-respected hospitalist group with a strong track record of patient care. Our team of 10 physicians and 6 PAs fosters a collegial environment with over 12 years of combined hospitalist experience.
• Utilize your expertise in managing adult inpatients across various medical specialties, excluding obstetrics and intensive care.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of specialists, including critical care providers, geriatricians, and palliative care specialists, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Experience a manageable patient load of approximately 18+ patients, with the opportunity to provide low-level supervision to other healthcare professionals.

Predictable Schedule & Streamlined Workflows:

• Maintain a consistent work schedule of 14-16 shifts per month (3-4 shifts per week), offering ample time for personal pursuits outside of work.
• Enjoy a predictable schedule with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and no on-call requirements, allowing you to focus on patient care during your work hours.
• Leverage the user-friendly EPIC electronic medical record system for efficient documentation and streamlined workflows.
