Requirements What You Bring Proven experience setting molds and running injection molding processes Solid understanding of resins and processing fundamentals 2+ years of injection molding experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability Experience with 3-axis robotics/programming is a plus Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay current with evolving technology Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Frequent use of hands for handling, adjusting, and operating equipment Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs as needed
