Physician / Pediatrics / Ohio / Permanent / Pediatrician Opportunity in Northwest Ohio - $225K Base & J1 Eligible Job

A well-established pediatric practice in northwest Ohio is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-spectrum outpatient pediatrics while also participating in newborn nursery coverage in a supportive community hospital setting.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient care from newborn through young adult
• Schedule: 36 patient care hours + 4 administrative hours weekly
• Shared nursery rotation ( 7 shifts/month with stipend)
• Morning newborn rounding and attendance at select deliveries only (high-risk cases are transferred to tertiary centers)
• Clinic and nursery are conveniently located on the same hospital campus

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $225,540 (first 12 months)
• Productivity bonus: $40/wRVU above 5,000 annually
• Nursery coverage stipend: $350 per 24-hour shift
• 33 days of PTO (vacation, CME, holidays)
• CME allowance
• Full benefits package, including malpractice and retirement
• Visa sponsorship available (J-1 eligible)
