Physician / Urgent Care / Georgia / Permanent / Medical Director/Urgent Care West of Atlanta - $300K/$350K + $100K Bonus Job

Work for a nonprofit regional health system serving a nine-county area of West Georgia and East Alabama. The medical staff comprises more than 250 physicians representing 35 unique medical specialties. The system seeks a Medical Director to supervise 3 urgent care facilities in the Carrollton, GA area.

Practice Features

• Must be BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine and have 5 years of urgent care experience.
• The position is 75% clinical and 25% administrative.
• Participate in provider recruitment and orient new providers
• Review, sign, and supervise APPs
• Provide chart reviews, corrective action, and provider performance reviews
• Clinic Hours - 8A to 8P, Monday - Friday; 8A to 5P on Saturday and Sunday
• Work a flexible block schedule; Includes every other weekend coverage
• See 4 to 5 patients per hour.
• Excellent clinical, administrative, and management support
• EPIC EMR throughout all locations
• DOT Certification is required within 90 days of the start of employment.
• Minor suturing is required.
• On-site digital X-Ray
• $300K to $350K earning potential with comprehensive benefits.
• $100K Bonus - 1/2 upon signing and 1/2 upon start
