Staff Accountant - Culver City, CA - In-House Role

AHP, Associated Health Professionals, Inc., JCAHO Certified, has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant for a 48 year old Healthcare Staffing Agency. Located in Culver City, Ca In- House Role, Not Remote.

Responsibilities:

-Perform all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.

-Oversee the payroll and invoicing staff who produces a weekly payroll for medical employees and weekly & Monthly invoices to Hospital clients.

-Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

-Supports accounting and works closely with Owner

Requirements:

-Experience with Accounting in QuickBooks Pro

-Knowledge of Microsoft Access and

-Familiarity with Avionte, payroll and invoicing a plus.

-In-office position in Culver City, CA.
