• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Outpatient Primary Care
• Call is 1:11, phone call only.
• Providers nursing and medical services independently within a collaborative practice
• 2 years of experience as a FNP or APRN in Adult, Pediatric or Family setting.
• Schedule: M-F; 8-5pm
• Hospital employed.
