Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: Flexible choose from 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s

  • No call, no weekends required

  • Weekend-only coverage also considered

• Guaranteed 40 hours/week (unless provider requests time off)

• PEDS experience preferred, not required

• GI-focused schedule available (Mon Thurs)
  

• Team Structure:

  • 11 Anesthesiologists

  • 28 CRNAs

  • Collaborative care team model (1:2 to 1:3 supervision ratio)

• Case Mix:

  • 80% General

  • 10% Complex Vascular

  • 10% Complex Orthopedic

  • Some neurosurgical (spine) cases

  • No open hearts required

• Average Surgical Volume: 25 cases/day

• Operating Rooms: 10

• Anesthesia Equipment: GE Carestation 650s

• EMR: Epic (EPIC training provided during orientation)

• Hourly Rate: $180 $200/hr

• All Travel & Lodging Expenses Covered

• Malpractice Insurance Provided

• Emergency Credentialing Available

  • Fast-track start depending on provider s background

• NBCRNA Certified Required

• Active Colorado License Required

• Active BLS Certification Required

• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience Required

• Epic EMR Experience

• Clean Background & Malpractice History Required

• Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated Required
