EVO Performance Therapy is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to be the first impression of our brand and a key driver of clinic growth.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage all inbound leads across phone, text, email, website forms, and social media
  • Respond to new inquiries quickly and professionally during business hours
  • Build rapport, qualify leads, and guide prospects toward scheduling evaluations
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences to maximize lead-to-evaluation conversion
  • Recover no-shows and reschedule missed appointments
  • Maintain accurate, same-day lead tracking and pipeline updates
  • Deliver a warm, polished, consultative patient experience
  • Coordinate closely with clinicians and the Clinic Director to support scheduling and retention
  • Support front-of-house operations, scheduling accuracy, and light administrative tasks

This is a quota-carrying role and performance is measured through conversion, responsiveness, and pipeline accuracy.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another communication-heavy role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with KPIs and structured follow-up processes
  • Ability to manage high-volume communication effectively

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, fitness, or wellness
  • Experience with CRM or pipeline management tools
  • Background in consultative or relationship-based sales
