Critical Care/Trauma Physician

Shifts: Days - 7AM-7PM and Nights 7PM-7AM
Location: Nampa and Boise ID

Job details:

• Inpatient ICU rounding/admitting; occasional pulmonary consult
• Setting: Adults, Trauma
• Level II Trauma
• Number of patients per day: 25 on ICU list, average 5 admits per night
• Support Staff: APP's that support the ICU physicians, though they already have a formal Supervising Physician
• Locum would be involved in covering/supervising Family Medicine residents occasionally
• EMR: Epic
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.

Dates Needing Coverage (candidates MUST be able to cover "most dates" - not 1 or 2 blocks):

• June 15-21 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• July 6-12 Boise ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• July 13-19 Boise ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• July 20-26 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• July 27-Aug 2 Nampa ICU days 7AM-7PM
• Aug 3-9 Boise ICU days 7AM-7PM
• Aug 10-16 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• Aug 17-23 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• Aug 24-30 Boise ICU

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in Critical Care - REQUIRED
• Fellowship in Critical Care - REQUIRED
• ACLS, DEA, CSR - REQUIRED
• License: active Idaho license or active IMLC (with proof of LOQ) - REQUIRED
• Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required - Verbal Confirmation needed at time of name clear
• Please upload NPDB (must be pulled within the last month) at time of presentation - REQUIRED
